Unable to capture the series sweep of the Blue Jays, the Yankees will now take the 4,000 mile trip from Toronto to Tampa for a 3 game series with the Rays (8-10).

Offense was not an issue north of the boarder as the Yankees (10-7) were able to tally 18 runs over three games. But insted it was the bullpen that showed to be a bit of a concern, giving up lead on Saturday and Sunday.

Andy Pettitte and Hiroki Kuroda both tossed impressive starts in the first two games of the series, with each pitcher going to the 8th inning. Ivan Nova on the other hand was once again all over the place, walking four in 5 innings on 101 pitches.

Kevin Youkilis is expected to return to the Yankees lineup after taking off Sunday to rest his lower back, after experiencing tightness on Sunday.

Girardi said that Youk would get an off day during this road trip anyway, with all the games being played on AstroTurf.

Probable pitchers:

Mon: Sabathia vs Moore
Tues: Hughes vs Price
Wed: Pettitte vs Cobb
